📜 1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Student") and IACT TechPro Institute ("we", "us", "our"), a technology education company operating in India.

These Terms apply to all users of our website, mobile applications, and any service, feature, content, or application we offer (collectively, "Services"). By registering an account, enrolling in a course, or simply browsing our site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

✅ 2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indian law
• Not be barred from receiving our services under any applicable law
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering or enrolling

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel enrolment if we discover that eligibility requirements have not been met.

👤 3. Accounts & Access

3.1 Registration

Some features of our Services may require you to provide personal information such as your name, email address, and phone number. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date.

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must notify us immediately at contact@intrepidians.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• You are liable for all activities that occur under your account
• You may not share your account with others or transfer access to any third party

3.3 One Account Per Student

Each student may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, access promotional offers multiple times, or avoid account suspensions is strictly prohibited.

📚 4. Course Enrolment

4.1 Enrolment Process

By enrolling in a course, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that course including batch dates, class timings, duration, and mode of delivery (online / offline / hybrid). Course details displayed at the time of enrolment are indicative and may be subject to minor adjustments.

4.2 Seat Availability

Seats in each batch are limited. Enrolment is confirmed only upon full payment. We do not guarantee a seat until payment is successfully processed and confirmed via our payment gateway. If a batch is full, we will offer you the next available batch or a full refund.

4.3 Course Access

• Course materials, recordings, and resources are for your personal educational use only
• Access to course content is granted to the enrolled student only — sharing credentials or content is prohibited
• We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove course content to keep it current with industry standards
• Lifetime access to recordings is granted where specified — this means access for the operational life of the platform, not an unlimited legal guarantee

4.4 Batch Changes

If you need to change to a different batch, notify us at least 7 days before your current batch start date. Batch changes are subject to seat availability and may incur an administrative fee of up to ₹500.

💳 5. Payments & Fees

5.1 Pricing

All course fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price shown at the time you complete payment is your confirmed price for that enrolment.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments via Razorpay, which supports:

• Credit cards and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
• Net banking (major Indian banks)
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
• EMI options (subject to bank approval)
• Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik)

5.3 Discount Codes

Discount codes are issued at our discretion and are subject to validity dates and usage limits. Each code may be used only once per student. Codes cannot be combined with other offers, transferred, or exchanged for cash.

5.4 Taxes

Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) may be levied on course fees as required by Indian law. Tax invoices are provided upon request.

©️ 6. Content & Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All content on the iAct Institute platform — including but not limited to course videos, notes, slides, code samples, assessments, quizzes, graphics, logos, and the website design — is owned by or licensed to IACT TechPro Institute and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

6.2 What You May Do

• Access and view course content for your own personal learning
• Take notes and create personal summaries from course materials
• Apply the skills and knowledge learned in your own projects and work

6.3 What You May Not Do

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or resell any course content
• Record, screenshot, or screen-capture course videos or live sessions
• Upload our content to YouTube, social media, or any other platform
• Create derivative works based on our materials without written permission
• Use our content for commercial training or teaching purposes
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice

6.4 Student-Submitted Content

By submitting reviews, project work, or any other content on our platform, you grant IACT TechPro Institute a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display and use that content for promotional and operational purposes. You retain ownership of your original work.

🤝 7. User Conduct

By using our Services you agree not to:

• Use our platform for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
• Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other students or our staff
• Post or share offensive, obscene, defamatory, or discriminatory content
• Impersonate iAct Institute staff, instructors, or other students
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, databases, or admin panel
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from our platform
• Use automated bots to interact with our Services
• Make false or misleading statements about iAct Institute
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

🎓 8. Certificates

8.1 Certificate of Completion

A digital Certificate of Completion is awarded when you meet all of the following requirements:

• Full payment of all course fees
• Minimum 80% attendance of live sessions (where applicable)
• Submission and assessment of all required projects
• Passing score in any mandatory assessments (where applicable)

8.2 Certificate Validity

Our certificates are issued by IACT TechPro Institute and represent completion of our training programme. They are not government-issued qualifications and do not replace formal academic degrees. Their recognition by employers is at the discretion of each employer.

8.3 Placement Support

We provide placement assistance including resume review, interview preparation, and job referrals. However, we do not guarantee employment. Job outcomes depend on individual effort, skill, market conditions, and employer requirements.

⚠️ 9. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or currency of course content
• Guarantees of employment, income, or career outcomes after completing a course

We do not warrant that our platform will be available at all times. We may suspend access for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible.

⚖️ 10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IACT TechPro Institute and its directors, employees, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill
• Damages resulting from your reliance on course content
• Damages arising from third-party services (including payment processors)
• Any loss exceeding the fees you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim

🚫 11. Termination

11.1 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or acted in a manner harmful to other students or our institution.

11.2 By You

You may stop using our Services at any time. If you wish to delete your data or close your account, email us at hello@techproinstitute.in. Note that data retention obligations may require us to retain certain records (e.g. payment records) for a period after account closure.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your licence to access course content is revoked. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

🏛️ 12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved as follows:

1. Informal resolution — Contact us first at hello@techproinstitute.in. We aim to resolve all disputes within 30 days of receiving a written complaint.
2. Mediation — If informal resolution fails, both parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation before initiating legal proceedings.
3. Jurisdiction — If mediation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Badlapur, Maharashtra India.

📝 13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 7 days before taking effect. Your continued use of our Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
